Hi everybody! As you know, I am currently in the process of writing my 'New Book'. And, my main character's name is McKenna. But, I need help figuring out two more girl names. Below are the two options for the names. Please tell me which soundsare the best!
Thank you for picking (assuming that you did... You did right?), in the near future I will be revealing what the names are for.... Or I can just tell you know. The 'New Book' is kind of part of a series, but the cool/weird thing about it is that they will be only SLIGHTLY related. They will have hints that they connect, but other than that, they are all on their own. Personally, I am super excited about this! I've never done anything like this. Actually, I've never completed a book before, so this is all going to be crazy new for me. Gah, I'm so excited. :3 Now, I have to change my writing schedule to fit in with school, and that's going to be crazier. Although it does have its perks. This is the music I get to listen to when writing. Awesome right? And this is only one of them. (I love the Vocaloids). So while I'm jamming out to this music, I get to write hundreds of words for my book. And my word count is 6,956! Ah, I'm so proud of that. :D
Everyone have a great last few days of summer!

As you all know, I love soundtracks. And I decided that I needed a Transformers soundtrack. Transformers - Age of Extinction is slowly breaking my heart and replacing it with new feelings. Currently those feelings are compassion and a new love for Transformers. Here's the soundtrack: I've watched the movie Ender's Game (which wasn't scary at all...) and I have deeply fallen in love with its soundtrack. I have the same feelings as I do for Transformers (if all Transformers soundtracks are like Age of Extinction then please let me have them all). And, for me, they both sound similar. So here is the Ender's Game soundtrack: Listen to them both and tell me which one is your favorite. I never knew music could change your life till I heard the Music for Writing I - The Phantom Music.
The Ender's Game Soundtrack and the Transformers: Age of Extinction Soundtrack wouldn't have been possible without the Magnificent Steve Jablonsky. His works are stunning and amazing. Tell me in the comments what your favorite instrumental song is!
Let me sum this up in three-ish words....

It was literally the best day of my life. (it was even better than Christmas!) When I went to my first class (Map Making 101 by Jill Williamson) I REALLY wanted to scream because I was meeting one of the Go Teen Writers authors. It was the best class EVER. My next class was Villains We Love To Hate. It was very informational and I got tons of ideas for a villain(s). :D My next class (after lunch of course) was Favorite Books and How They Inspire Your Writing. It was really good. Like really. After that class was The Art of Inspiration and Thievery. If I had to say awesome 10 times. I would. Natalie Whipple draws manga, writes books, AND is a great artist. It was amazing! Then, my next class was What the Crap is Voice? I need to get me some of that by Margie Jordan. Man, I could listen to her talk for hours and think of nothing but writing. It was the best. And after that I did I Want to be Published! I learned so much stuff in there that I am no debating whether or not I should do self-publishing or publishing (there is a difference). Everyone in my family (except Charisma) says I should take the self-publishing route. But I'm still thinking about it. Okay, after that everybody came back to the Ballroom and watched these amazing performers do an interpretative dance for Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn Trilogy. If I could take any dance class, I would go find those performers and tell them I want to be just like them. Because, I am not joking, you wish you could see it THOUSANDS of times. It was WAAAYY better than EPIC. After Brandon Sanderson's Keynote, it was the First Chapter Contest winners. I had entered and I expected to win to be one of the ten runner ups... but nope. I didn't win. It was sad... But that encourages me more to do better next year! :3 And at the very beginning of TABC, they showed a video called 'I'm Reading A Book'... IT WAS HILARIOUS! Here you go! :D
hehehe... I love that. :3 SO after that, it was the TEEN AUTHOR BOOT CAMP AUTHOR BOOK SIGNING! I jumped up and ran to Jill Williamson's booth and asked her to sign my TABC tee-shirt (because I wasn't wearing it). She signed it, and, after I said thank you, ran to the rest of the authors asking them to do the same thing. GREATEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!
THANK YOU TEEN AUTHOR BOOT CAMP FOR EXISTING! 18 DAYS LEFT PEOPLE!!! I can NOT contain my excitement/nerves. I got wobbly and shake-y at a race, when we were only in the car... HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?! And then I said to Charisma jokingly, 'Hehe... I bet this is what I'm going to feel like for TABC.' Apparently, Charisma was feeling the same thing (it's because we're twins people!) and said, 'Umm... I think this is feeling is going to be WAAAYYYY worse for TABC.' THANKS CHARISMA.... THANKS FOR MAKING ME EVEN MORE NERVOUS... -_- Okay, got that out of the way. But now, I feel as if the feeling is going to multiply by an octillion. (Octillion has 27 zeroes.) So... (sarcastic) yaaaayy. I kind-of feel like that right now.... I DON'T WANT TO FEEL LIKE THAT. (Thank you gif for explaining my feelings...) But how do I just calm down when last time TABC had 500(?) or more people come?! That's A LOT! But at least I've got some inspirational writing music to keep me calm... for now.
WHY DID YOU HAVE TO DO THIS TO ME CHARISMA!?! Just stay calm me. Well that's it for today! (I may be doing Camp NaNoWriMo... I'll tell you in April if I am or not..) Hey Everybody! So I listen to TONS and TONS of Songs to get me in the mood to write. Most of them are instrumental, but some of them have words, and they are my favorite. XD Hope you like them. Ryan Stewart - Summer IS BEAUTIFUL! I just love his songs. Which one do you like the most? Do you listen to music when writing? What songs do you like to listen too on a daily basis? Tell me in the comments!
BTW, soon, I'll be showing you my book cover for a NEW book I'm writing. Can't wait to tell you! ~Bianca So I decided to do an ancient history story... I haven't been in the writing mood lately ever since I'm putting Ebinicah James and the Crystal Orb on hold, so, I think I'm going to do another new story, and honestly, I like where this one is headed. I think I was inspired (Follow Your Inspiration Month is in two more days!) by Stephen Kings quote (click here for the post). I just felt inspired. But anywho. Wish me luck guys!
Thanks and please comment! ~Bianca (P.S. I've been listening to Legend of Zelda music for writing inspiration) Hey Everybody! When I'm writing, I like to listen to music, to get my inspiration moving. So here are some songs that I like to listen to! You don't have to listen to all of them, there are just some of the songs that I really like listening to!
Thanks and please comment! ~Bianca |
I am the Smol Scribble. I came to realize that, even though the first drafts of books aren't perfect, they are the closest to my heart...
