Hello Twisters! (Like the name? I wanted you all to have have a name, because "everyone" sounded a bit too weird. ;P) The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has created an Advent Calendar for the Christmas Season. They created this calendar so that, leading up to Christmas Day, people could do acts of service of do some of the things that Christ did. I discovered this Advent Calendar this past Sunday, as my bishop introduced it to all those that were in the congregation. I was very excited to start participating, because I love the thought of serving. Service was always something that I really enjoyed. I found it very fun and I could do it with the people that I loved. So when this opportunity came, I new exactly what my first act of service was going to be: Share it with all of you! Light the World
I was so inspired by this video, it almost made me cry. (I didn't want to cry in my seminary class... so I tried to hold back the tears. ;3) When I saw this video, I wanted to do everything in my power to serve those around me, but I knew that I couldn't serve everyone in the entire world (because that was my inital feeling). Writing this blog post on this was the least I could do, and I really wanted you all to 1) take part in this lovely act of daily service and 2) know that Bianca and I were still alive. #LIGHTtheWORLD Advent Calendar In church, they passed out a piece of paper that had all the days printed on it (it came with the Sunday program). I looked over it, and all of the service days are beautiful, amazing, and can be done within a decent amount of time! (Because they know that we are all busy people... sighs) But usually when doing acts of service, time goes by at a decent rate, not too fast, but not too slow, so I think it works out wonderfully. :) And what's so amazing about the acts of service is that technology can be used to help spread the word! If you want to be a part of this wonderful service opportunity, go start serving! But, if you want to let your friends know, use the hashtag #LIGHTtheWORLD. :3 I hope you take this chance to serve those around you and be as Christ was: a light to the world. Matthew 5:14 - 16 14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Let's start the Christmas season with a whole lot of service, joy, happiness and love!

Once again, you must travel back in time to yesterday (that's the only way this post will make sense) and as you finish remember that no one can travel back in time (WELLLL, technically, that's no true because you have your memories and memories are your gate way to the past. So, you know, if you look at it that way....). Hello! Tomorrow, yes tomorrow, will be the beginning of 2016. Janurary will begin, school will start the second semester, a lot of exciting shows and movies will be coming out, people will be wishing that the holidays weren't over, and it's going to be the year of the presidential election. 2016. Wow. Put it like that and 2016 sounds scary (except for the show/movies part). I don't want to bore you with why I put the 'presidential election' thing-a-ma-gig-er up there, but this years wanna-be presidents don't thrill me. At all. And I don't like politics much so I guess that could be a reason why too. I'll try not to think of 2016 very much (how can I not think of 2016?!!???! It's literally tomorrow!!!). Charisma and I have started our Marvel movie watching! Meaning we've only seen Hulk (2003 version), Iron Man (you know, the one with Robert Downey Junior? The very first one?), and Thor (the one and only Chris Hemsworth is in it). Our next movie is Captain America with the dreamy Chris Evans. Eeep! I am so excited! :D Charisma and I have been working on collaborative stories together for a good while (none of them seem to be going, if you know what I mean) and I've been wanting to make this RPG board game for quite some time (maybe something like Dungeons and Dragons?). But the question that's been stopping me from making the game (all you need is rules, character classes and a pair of dice.... Right?) is should I make it into a book before I make it into a game (I have made some characters that I really want people to enjoy and have fun reading, but would it be cooler that the characters I made were mentors and went on journeys with the RPG-er's?) or should I make the game first and incorporate that into a book? Yup, I know. C-O-N-F-U-S-I-N-G. I don't even have a name yet.... Oh well! I'll think of one (sooner or later).
Does anyone have their New Year's Resolution written down yet? I don't (because I usually write it down at night time). Well, I must be off! I'm a late little bunny and I have things to do. ~Bianca To begin this post, I must, must, MUST do this.
I am hilarious and I deserve a applause (just kidding... Well, I am hilarious, but you don't have to give me an applause. :D). Okay, NOW I can begin. Yesterday, Star Wars officially came out in to US. I am bouncing happy. Like super happy. I mean come on! WHO DOESN'T LOVE STAR WARS? (If you love Star Trek more, I get that. You're cool.) All the characters are so original, BB-8 is just do cute that is is humanly unbelievable, AND there's a new villain (who doesn't love a good villain to scream at?). I am so excited to see it! (I've been pumped up for this movie for such a long time and I didn't see it on its release date.... That is really funny. :D) My mom said that we could watch it as our Christmas movie. As a family tradition would tell, we would always watch a brand-new movie (usually Narnia) at the movie theater but since Narnia has paused (meaning that the kids have to grow up) we would watch other movies. But I don't think we did this tradition last year. Google made this really cool website for Star Wars and it was amazing (click here to check it out!). Well, I've got to go and clean up, but I promise, I'll do a post next week! See ya! ~Bianca A few days ago I realized that I haven't been posting much on the blog (Don't worry, I'm alive. If I wasn't, how would I be doing this post? Just things to think about.), which made me really sad because I had/have a lot to talk about! That's why I decided to do a post today.
As you all know, it's officially December. Winter doesn't begin until the 21st (Okay, how does that make sense? When it gets to December--in the United States--it gets COLD. Like really cold! So should winter officially begin on the 1st? I said it before, I'll say it again: Just things to think about.) but PFFT, who cares (duh, I do...)? I have a high B in Math (for those people who don't have letter grades for school, I have a 88.7%). Although I have a high B (88.7%), I am very disappointed that I don't have, at least, a 90%. I guess I'll have to make do with the grade. I'm finished with LAC for the whole semester (*sings* I got it done really early, early, early.... Oh yeah, it's my birthday--NOT--my birthday! YEAH!) and History (kind-of, sort-of. I have to do a poster or brochure thing-y for it, BUT OTHER THAN THAT....). And math is getting really hard and I'm starting to dislike it... Like dislike-dislike-dislike it. >:( Hmm... What else should I talk about? OH YES. (If you're wondering, yes, I am still obsessing over Japan. :D) I found this lady (whose YouTube Channel called: How To COOK That) and she is really fun. She makes these outrageous (if you've seen Jem and the Holograms show, you would understand that joke) sweets. She's made a Giant Snickers Bar, a Giant Kit-Kat, a Instagram Cake and TONS more! Oooh! I find another web-comic! I usually read Battle-Dog and The Awkward Zombie (love 'em!) BUT Battle-Dog hasn't updated in such a long time (yet the creators are like "Oh! The Battle-Dog Charms are on sale NOW! Come get 'em!". IF YOU THINK ABOUT YOUR COMIC UPDATE!!!), which has made me sad and angry. You know, the usual emotions you feel when something you've been waiting for hasn't continued. The new web-comic is called Shadowbinders (main characters names are Crimson Rhen and Mia.... I OTP--One True Pair--or shipping them. :3 sshhhuuuussshhhh don't tell) and Awkward Yeti. Best. Web-Comics. Ever. As you all know (if you don't know, that's fine. :3), a long time ago (like 3 or 4 years ago) me and my sister watched an anime called "Princess Tutu". It was literally the best show ever (tied with ALL those other anime shows) and my older sister (the one who we watched it with) said that we get to re-watch it during Christmas Break (but my mother said that we could start watching "Once Upon A Time" with her during Christmas Break... CHOICES). I used to like this game called MapleStory, I still like it (and I still want to play it), and I re-found the MapleStory blog that I used to follow! The blog is called the Orange Mushroom (such a cute name!) and, currently, the six Heroes of Maple have come together to protect humanity once more! GAAAHHHH! Just writing it makes me happy! :D Of course I'm still listening to music, I just thought that I probably shouldn't post any because Charisma would be doing that (*wink*). OH YEAH! I just watched the new Star Wars trailer (I know, I know, what's wrong with me) and I absolutely ADORE it! Well, I guess that's it everyone! Tell me in the comments if you want more 'Let's Just Talk' posts, cause if you do then give me a few weeks and I'll have 'em! Thanks everybody! (And hey, if I made any grammar issues, tell me in the comments and I'll fix them...) Bianca Hello everyone! I came to wish everyone a very happy start of December! :D December is one of the greatest times in the year. There are the awesome holidays, the school break, seeing family and friends, etc. There is so much that's awesome in December? I didn't do a post yesterday, so I'm going to give you some special stuff that I found! :3 This song is soooo great! I listened to it more than 3 times today! Also, yesterday was ParkerGames's 2 Year Anniversary on YouTube. Because of this, he posted a video and it is so beautiful and sad! I cried because of its beauty. Wasn't it great? :) Tell me in the comments! Also, tell me what your favorite part of December is!
Charisma Hello viewers! Readers? Blogger friends? I'm not sure what to do... :3 Anyways, because I haven't posted ANYTHING this week, I'm going to do a blog post on what's happened this week that I could've done a post on. And we may begin!
And some more exciting news..... :D I'm so happy! :3 Isn't the cover just magnificent?!?!?! I love it! So if you click on the picture, then it'll take you to Sarah Prineas's author site. The link will be on the description of the book.
So (with my understanding) this is going to be her first YA novel. I'm so excited to read it! The cover is just gorgeous, the font is unbelievable and the dress and shoes are really pretty (but the back of the dress could be less... revealing). Yeah, that's the exciting news. :3 So! Tell me (or us...) in the comments what your favorite holiday (or random day; ex: hat day, dog day, etc.) is, what your favorite YA fairy-tale novel is, and/or what your favorite season is!
