OH! WELL WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT. A TAG. HAHAHAAA. *sweats furiously* OKAY UM. The reason I'm so nervous is because I'm supposed to... WAIT. I'LL JUST WRITE DOWN THE RULES AFTER THE PRETTY PICTURE. HAHA. The Rules: 1. Open WIP to the seventh page 2. Scroll past the seventh line 3. Copy the next seven paragraphs and paste them on your blog for the world to read 4. Tag seven people (I don't know this many people...) SO UM. You can now see why I'M FREAKING OUT. But anyways, *coughs* as you can see, the story (out of the millions) I've chosen to do is my current, big project the Shard Race: Sapphire Shard. *Goes to examine what I'm about to post* TWISTERS, IT'S SO CRINGY I'M CRYING!!! This is like one of the WORST parts of the story because I can't get my character's type/personality/how-he's-supposed-to-speak right. I'm sorry for your eyes. --- He saw the entrance doors and tried to attempt a casual run. He didn’t want to run into anybody he didn’t want to see. He was about 10 feet away from the revolving doors when he saw someone emerge from them. Someone he did not, whatsoever, want to come across. His hood was pure black, his shirt a pure white, navy blue pants, and bare-feet. His eyes were a dazzling ice blue, and they were sharp and alert. His eyes stumbled upon the griffin who was staring right at him. “Why hello, Karthik,” The handsome boy said. He held himself with a prideful strength, and rivalry gleamed in his eyes. “Hello Yusif,” Karthik answered. Yusif put his hands behind his back and walked toward Karthik. “To what do I owe this pleasure,” Yusif asked, walking around Karthik as if examining his stature. Though Karthik couldn’t see it, he knew Yusif was trying to see what trouble he had gotten into. “You owe nothing,” He replied through gritted teeth. Pain started to resonate through Karthik’s hands. His fingers were getting a cramp from trying to resist the urge from balling his fist and giving Yusif a wonderful makeover. “Good, good. I was afraid you were going to beg, no… cry and plead for money to support your family,” Yusif said. He patted Karthik’s cheek and chuckled. “Though both you and I know that I would never do such a thing. Well, I must be off doing what wealthy people do.” With that, he strode off, glancing behind him to show that gleam of rivalry flash across his eyes one last time. --- I'm... I'm so sorry for this Twisters...
Like, there's only one other part of this story that's super bad like this one that I can't bear to read. BUT THE REST IS GOOD!!! I think... Anyways, here you have it! The worst part of my story! I must say though, this is like, the peak of Karthik. This is one of the best moments of him, both dialogue and character-wise. In those terms, it's literally amazing. Love Karthik. BUT YUSIF HERE IS TERRIBLE. I'M SORRY. He does get better though, because I've fleshed out his character a ton. (But in all seriousness though, what even is "I'm must be off doing what wealthy people do"?) Thanks Alexa for tagging me in this!!! This was super... fun... and it was a great experience! Since I don't know anyone else other than Alexa, I'm going to make this one a freebie! If you want to do the tag, go ahead! Have some fun! That's all I've got for you today! Catch ya later Twisters!

One of THE hardest things to obtain
It's basically your identity in the form of your art. For almost every artist that I follow (and I follow quite a few), I can pinpoint who drew it, state their username, and identify what stood out to me. Sometimes it's the coloring. Sometimes it's the way that they draw their eyes. Other times, they have a uniquely different art style that I've NEVER in my whole life seen before, which is pretty cool. I'm always fascinated by how people obtain their art style and I constantly wonder when I'll get mine. But ONE THING keeps with me as I think about it: They Practiced. They didn't just sit around waiting for it to come to them. Oh no. They experimented with their design. What DIDN'T feel comfortable for them. They went outside of their comfort zone trying to explore the other possibilities that were out there. They were willing to do something and everything different. So go out there. Do something different. Experiment. But most of all: PRACTICE. P.R.A.C.T.I.C.E. It is important. But you know what is MORE important than practicing? Enjoying it. Loving what you do. That's SUPER important everybody. If you don't love it, if you don't enjoy, then why are you putting time into it? Feel that want, that desire, to do it. Especially if it's something that you love or want to love. It is no use if you think of it as another grudging job. From the artists that I follow, when they're tired with drawing or once they start to feel as if it was becoming another job, then they take a break. They either stop drawing just to let their mind relax and they enjoy life and other joys that they have or they start drawing what they love, like fanart or personal projects that they neglected to do commissions ('cause they they need the money). This is necessary to feel that love and desire again. Yeah peeps can't burn yourselves out. It's bad. You want that burn to drive you to finish things. Anyways, this kinda (a lot, actually) veered off topic, but the moral of this story is DO WHAT YOU LOVE. PRACTICE. AND TAKE BREAKS. I'll always be rooting for you! This took forever to post!! D': I was tagged for this in like, 2016, and I'm finally posting it in 2018. As you can see, it takes me forever to do anything. ANYWAYS!!! Alexa from Summer Snowflakes, a lovely person with a lovely blog, tagged me in this! So I'm here to do it! Welp. That's a big picture. BUT IT'S PRETTY!!! (And outdated...) So I'm gonna leave it. :D The Rules (according to the ones I saw one the Summer Snowflakes): 1. Thank the person who nominated you and link to their blog. THANKS AGAIN ALEXA!!! You're great and fabulous and goodness, you're amazing!!! You are one of the coolest people I know. :3 Summer Snowflakes - Her lovely blog! 2. Answer the original six text-themed questions. 3. Add a typography/word-related question of your own for those tagged to answers. 4. Tag six or more bloggers and let them know. (I-I don't have any blogger friends everyone... I'm lonely. hahaha) 5. Include these rules in your post. (Got that done!) What is Your Favorite Letter of the Alphabet? Well. I agree with Alexa, I don't have a favorite letter. But I can see colors with a specific letter and different colors with different words! Isn't that pretty cool! Though II'm pretty sure lots of other people can do that, which I think is spectacular. YET! If I had to pick a letter, it'd probably be the letter.... C. 'Cause I like it. And it's pretty and calm and... yeah. I like it. :3 Three Words You Love? I like a lot of words. But I especially like the words Sakura - the Japanese word meaning Cherry Blossom, Magic, and Enchanting. Some more words I like are Mystic, Glory, Darkness, Light, Ethereal, etc., BUT I'm getting a bit out of hand. Hehe. Three Words You Hate? UM. GAH. I don't know. The only words that I don't like are curse and swear words. Because THE WORLD DOESN'T NEED THEM. THEY DON'T NEED TO EXIST. I-It just bugs me. So, soo much. Ugh. If You Were to Create a Word, What Would it Be and What Would it Describe? This one is half easy! I would create a word that described all positive things in just ONE BIG THING. What that word would be, I have no idea. Like zero, sooo... Just imagine something! Three Favorite Punctuation Marks? !, ..., and * Three Favorite Fonts? I've always loved the fonts Old English Text, Harrington and Times New Roman. But my all time favorite would be Old English Text, because MAN IS IT PRETTY!!! I used that font a ton when I was writing stories. Bonus Question: If you could change the way one word sounded, which would it be and how would it sound? I would change the way 'nostalgia' sounded, just because of the fact that I can't say it right. It always sounds weird... Bonus Question: Do you know of a word that looks better than it sounds? YES! I DO KNOW A WORD!! Rendezvous. I looks SOO much prettier than it sounds. Most of the time when I see this word, I get confused on how to say it because I don't expect it to be the short (rauhn-DAI-vu) that it is. Questions from AlexaQuestion 1: What are the most powerful words you've heard? (Could be something someone said to you, a word that just sounds powerful, or a short motto that inspires you.) Oh, I have something for this! 1) I've always loved the quote by Audrey Hepburn: "Nothing is Impossible. The word itself say, 'I'm Possible!'" Question 2: Can you think of a book title that has at least 5 of the words you mentioned throughout your tag? (If you can't, make up one. I think this'll be fun.) HAHAAAA!!! NO!! AHAHAHAA!!! Oh, that was good. I guess I'll have to make up one then... This is going to be super long... Ethereal Rendevous Nostalgia Sakura Mystic The Mystic Rendevous: A Sakura of Ethereal Nostalgia o.o o.O w-wat is this... What is this? I-I didn't think I would end up making up a title like that!! I want to know what it's about now... I GOTTA WRITE ANOTHER BOOK!!! Well, thanks Alexa for tagging me!! And I'm so sorry that it took me forever to do!! Since I'm supposed to tag people now, but I still don't have any blogger friends, I'm making this open to anybody who wants to do it! Go and have fun! My Leadership class wanted a creative multimedia presentation on the things that inspires me and I was super pumped to do this! I wanted to blog more and this matches exactly what I like to put in Inspiring Art, anyways. So what inspires me? There are many, many ways to answer that question, but that makes it all the better! Bianca is doing what inspires her on the main channel, so go check hers out! What Inspires Me - Bianca Now let's begin! Art More often than not I'm inspired by others artwork. They are showing their perspective on life, their characters, how they hear their music, etc. What's not to be inspired by that! It's something working inside of you that makes you connected to the artwork that you're viewing. It's kind of hard to explain, so let me try to use an analogy. We all like fuzzy soft things (this is a fact :P). So let's say that you found this really soft and fuzzy blanket that was in your favorite color in the store. It's the softest thing you ever touched and it fills you with some inexpiable, overwhelming emotion of happiness. When I see others artwork, I feel that inexplicable emotion, but it's not just limited to happiness. It the emotion and feelings that they put into it. Music 50% of the time when I draw, I was inspired by music. The escape into the different world allows you to see a fully developed universe with emotional characters that differ with the listener. Also, if I don't see that universe, I see a wonderful explosions and patterns of light, that match with the beats and the notes of the song. This gives me both the energy and the creative inspiration to draw a piece that is centered from the story and world that I had just heard or "seen". Movies and Shows It's kind of obvious to be inspired by something that has already been fully thought out. Though it gives me the opportunity to fan art that world and those characters, it also inspires me to develop worlds that are my own. This then gives me a "few" (too many) ideas for books. Books Books are the written version of visual art. It gives you so many emotions, so many experiences and you get captured by it all. Also because most books don't have pictures, it allows the mind to conjure what the characters and the world looks like. Not only do these books transport me, they inspire me to create my own books. To create my own worlds. My own characters. Everything. It's a power and responsibility that is indescribable. Nature I've always been inspired by nature. I was always attached to it from... the very beginning actually. I've always loved it. It just seemed to be a part of me. So as I go about my life, I use my inspiration from nature and add it into my artwork. It doesn't appear all the time, but that's because I'm inspired by something else for that particular piece. Photography Photography has greatly inspired me too. Why did the photographer choose this specific angle? Why did they choose to edit this picture like this? So many other questions race through my head as I observe the picture. I'm looking at the world that the photographer wanted his audience to see. It's a very curious thing, but refreshing. As I ask myself those questions, I get inspired on new worlds or characters that I should create. As you can see, I'm constantly inspired by everything. It's great, but it doesn't help when I'm trying to do something important and a burst of creativity screams at me saying, "Draw this!" or "Write this!" -_- It's a very interesting life to live but very rewarding though! We are all inspired by something... So... What inspires you? Hello everyone! I hope your day has been a good one! Today, I was flipping through my Book of Mormon, which is another testament of Christ, at church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and I stumbled upon a piece of paper that had a quote on it. I had received this piece of paper in Young Women's (where all the young women 12 - 18 come together to learn how to better ourselves and become prepared women to help our current and future families) and I saved it because I loved the message it gave. Isn't is such a beautiful message? I love how President Uchtdorf says that we "are endowed with a divine birthright." I had to actually pause and think about what he was saying there. What did he mean by us women being endowed with a divine birthright? So, I decided to ask my family what they thought it meant. My mom gave me a very amazing answer. My mom said, our divine birthright is to bear children. It is a very sacred and powerful ability to do so, and this divine birthright should be treated as such. We all have been given wonderful gifts to grace the earth.... So... What inspires you? Hey there! It's finally that time! :3 The start of a new series! It's the "Inspiration Series" featuring lovely people... Be prepared for lots of great posts. :D I really wanted to show you all who some of the amazing people that inspire me are. They are all beautiful people that have not only inspired me by their artwork, but also by the kindness that they emit. It's so wonderful... :3 It's like a wonderful bundle package of awesomeness. Though something everyone should know: I asked permission to feature these artists artwork. These artists do not, in any circumastance, want their artwork reposted onto another site. Go to each of their sites and personally find if they allow reposting and/or reblogging. Because if they say no, then don't do it. It's illegal. First up!: Piku-ChanPiku-chan = Fabulous Person All Around Seriously. She's one of the most talented people that I've ever seen. When I saw one of her art pieces, I was instantly hooked. I'm quite positive the first thing that I ever saw from her was her beautiful Miraculous Cinderella AU that she's been doing. Gosh, though. That AU is one of the most beautiful things that I've ever read and seen in my life. It's so indescribable. Her art style is so unique and eye catching. It makes you want to look at everything and see the detail, hard work and effort that she put into everything. Some cool facts about her: She loves to draw, especially illustrating and character design. She has studied animation and loves concept art. She also loves fantasy, sci-fi and supernatural. :) She's great... Here are some of her amazing pictures: Aren't her pictures just so beautiful? Like I said, the detail, lighting, colors, etc. are just mind blowing! I love everything she does! :3 Go show her some great support by checking out her great Tumblr page: Tori ToriTori is another outstanding artist. She also loves the Miraculous Ladybug fandom. And I'm pretty sure that's how I discovered her, too. Some awesome Miraculous Ladybug picture caught my eye and I danced away towards her site and began to look at all of her beautiful art works. :3 Tori has a very cute, simple - yet complex, art style. Everything she does - to the detailed finished pieces or her quick doodles - just throws her essence of drawing and what it means to be an artist at you. You know: In a good way that makes you want to keep being inspired by everything she does. More cool facts: She's a Storyboard Revisionist who worked on Equestria Girls. Isn't that epic? :D I can't get over how cool that is... :3 She preferred that I didn't feature any of her artwork, and I completely respect that. You should go view her art work on her Tumblr page: HaiyunHaiyun has the cute simple art style that Tori has, but this is applied in a different way because she draws manga. And everyone knows that if someone draws manga, then their art style is going to be so much different than another persons manga art style. I was allowed to feature some of her artwork and they are spectacular! I can't really describe her art style, so hopefully her pictures can say what I can't. The picture of Marinette with the bun was the first picture I ever saw from her. I instantly fell in love with the way she had drawn her. It was wasn't crazy elaborate, but was worth a second look. Then another. And another. Yeah, I just sort of fell in love with the picture. And quite quickly everything else. :3 By the way - for those of you not educated in Japanese, the second picture with the girl sporting the great pink hair, yeah, those characters (katakana, respectively) that are floating say "doki doki". Doki doki means the quick beating of the heart, usually used when someone is love struck. <3 Aren't her pictures exquisite? You can check out more of her pictures over at her Tumblr page: But one thing that I recently found out, and I absolutely adore this, is that she has a store! :D A store! Full of amazing items like Miraculous Ladybug Clear Book Tabs, a Card Captor Sakura Self-Inking Stamp, etc. There are so many great things that I would love to fill my room with! X3 These spectacular (or should I say "miraculous"? :P) people have inspired me so much. It's kind of crazy how much these people have inspired me. But what's crazier is that I have more people who inspire me! They come from every where on this earth. They go and put all of their amazing talent into pictures to either tell those untold stories, to inspire and impact others, or just to make them smile for themselves (which ends up making others smile as well!). :3 Isn't great? So please, go and waddle (? I.. I don't know) around their Tumblr pages (and Haiyun's store!) and get inspired to do something great. :D I want to give a huge shout out and thank you for all the artists featured in this post! (And the many more to come!) You all are so lovely and please keep on inspiring, creating art, and expressing yourself! Talent and inspiration comes from all of the earth... So... What inspire you? I haven't really showed who I get my inspiration from. The truth is, I don't have one source. I get inspiration from every thing I see. The busy world around me, to the technology that is everywhere, all the way to the peaceful, quiet nature. Those things truly inspire my want to be an active force in this world. To make it a better place so that when future generations are here, they can see how beautiful this place is and relish in it's unique glory. To achieve that goal, some people have started completely from scratch and they are some of the best people. While others, who also want to be an awesome person and want to change the world, can't always start from scratch. They have to use what's at their disposal. That's where my story starts.... I've wanted to draw since forever. Seriously. I started drawing silly little stick figures, which eventually upgraded to ugly looking people (and sometimes they were my family... they weren't supposed to be ugly). I was super young and every picture I drew, I would always show it to my mom, my face glimmering with pride. I always hoped she would say something like, "Wow! You could be a professional artist! Go draw me something." I don't think she really ever said those words, but she kept encouraging me to continue drawing. I watched and admired how the anime Cardcaptor Sakura was drawn, so I aimed to draw exactly like that. Exactly. As I grew up, with my manga skills improving (I was using Christopher Hart to help me), I discovered more elaborate and unique pictures drawn by other people. I envied the artists so much because they could draw so well, and I suddenly got discouraged. But somehow, my brain is like, "Because you can't do that, you need to work to be at that level. Work as hard as you can!" Basically, the prettier the picture, the more discouraged I got, the more my mind would push me to be that good. So that's why I'm always excited to try something that's going to challenge me (not math; math is not cool...). (Also, my mind only does that "encouragement" thing when I have a passion for that area.) Time went by and, as always, I kept watching those beautiful anime's, reading those wonderful manga's, looking at those inspiring pictures, and soon realized something. I could never draw like the people I admired (though that doesn't stop me from being like, "That's the way I'm going to draw!" - still do that to this very day) and that discouraged me big time. I wanted to draw just like the artist who drew my favorite manga/anime. (Which, by the way, is still my favorite.) Then, something else hit me super hard that got me super discouraged. How on earth did those people who drew those amazing pictures, anime's and manga's have enough creativity to draw the outfits and hair that adorned those elegant people. (It still boggles me to this day, but I'm learning.) You could basically see the stitches from the intricacy of the outfit and picture. You also could (basically) see each strand of hair in the hair design; each piece of hair doing its own thing, but united looked like a whole. All that detail and creativity made my mind hurt and, worse of all, discouraged me into a pit of despair because I couldn't do any of that. I didn't even know how to draw a simple fabric fold (which are still hard, but I'm getting much better at it; heads up, there's nothing easy about drawing). Like I told you before, my mind is a very unique creation. My mind started to pump those creative juices and it flowed through out my whole entire body. I was determined to draw what those people did, and I was very determined to be able to change the world through my drawings (somehow... I didn't know how I would do it back then). I instantly set to work. In my next few drawings, I took all the creativity I had and put it into those pictures. And you know what happened? Something amazing did... No, I'm just kidding. Nothing happened. My artwork looked exactly the same. ;P Did I get you? I thought that if I put all of my heart into those drawings, the pencil would magically turn into Barbie Rapunzel's paint brush and all the pictures I ever wanted to draw would just float onto the paper. I thought that every single detail would just appear after sparkles swished over the places they would go and I would become the best artist in the whole entire world. Well, you probably all know for a fact that that dream did not come true what so ever. And, actually, I'm quite glad it didn't. Though my younger self was probably devastated, my own talent would not have benefited from that happening at all. My talent wouldn't have grown, developed, evolved, changed, none of that. If that magically dream happened, then all my drawings would just be that: Magic. Magic can't stay around forever, so that magical drawing would just disappear into a puff of sparkles. Eventually, I started to see an improvement in the way I drew. I could draw normal sized heads with long bodies. (Okay, funny story. So I was horrendously bad at drawing when I was younger, so bad, that I drew giant sized heads, and freakishly tiny bodies. And the hands and feet were even tinier! :D Yeah, I was super bad.) I thought that this was going to be my forever art style because it was really good, then. Now, I'm super glad that something shocking happened in my life. Everyone will, in some point of their life, go through this time when you have a creative block. You creative juices are going through your body, but it's not going to your mind. During this time, you want to write or draw, whatever your special talent is, but you just can't do it because you either have no idea what to do or the want to do it is gone. I went through a time like this and I didn't draw for a few weeks. I super wanted to draw, but I didn't have the urge to do so. So I waited. I waited for this phase to end and tried to focus my creativity elsewhere. I'm pretty sure my attention went to writing just then. I had a lot to focus on with my (still progressing) story, and I really wanted to finish with as much detail as possible. (It's not weird for your creativeness to be directed towards a different way to express your creativity. Seriously, it's not.) Finally, after those horrible days have passed, I picked up my mechanical pencil and started to draw. And my drawings were spectacularly better than the ones I had drawn before. (I had actually progressed with my drawing talent, so it was much different than the normal sized heads and the long bodies, but it still didn't really work. This is when my artist block happened.) When I drew a person, everything was quite proportioned. The head was a good size for the body. They body was a good size. The hands (that I had the hardest time with) seemed to be okay, and the feet were decent as well ('cause I also sucked at drawing feet). From that point on, I tried to learn as much as I could. I wanted to keep drawing day after day, and if I had enough creativity and inspiration, then I could possible do it. After that, I looked for the person that everyone said that helped them the most: the famous, world renowned Mark Crilley. I looked at some of his videos and they were really good, but as I continued to watch, I realized that his art style wasn't the one I wanted to achieve. His artwork is still amazing, don't get me wrong, and his videos are beyond helpful. It was just, when I needed help with a particular topic, none of his videos really delivered what I wanted. I'm still going to buy his books, because they are genuine and they are going to help me in many ways. That's when I began my search looking for items and products to get my drawing to another level. I still wanted to draw traditionally, but I also wanted to discover the world of digital art. So many people are going into that scope, it's very overwhelming. But the colors and definition that can be created/used is utterly amazing! My searching showed me to two places that worked world wide: Wacom, Clip Studio Paint, and Manga University (I discovered Manga University a long time ago, but I revisited it and it changed it's layout/I didn't link to it last time I mentioned it.) These sites/companies are practically sisters (this is completely in my opinion). Wacom is a company that sells tablets and pens (and such) to help in the office, in the art office, on the go, and many more, but still keeps that classic handwritten feeling. As awesome as that is, you still need software to do the art projects. That's where Clip Studio Paint comes in (it's also called Manga Studio for those who are wondering). Clip Studio Paint is a downloadable software that specializes in everything. From manga, to illustration, to the recently added animation, they've got it all. They are super classy and, to make it even better, lists all the universities and specialty schools that use it. Fancy right? If you're wondering where Manga University comes into play, I'm getting to that. Because summarizing Manga University is kind of hard, I'm just going to summarize what they say on their About Us page: About Us - Manga University "Manga University is the educational imprint of Japanime Company Ltd., a publishing company based in Kawaguchi, Japan, with offices in California. Our company motto, "Educating With Art," reflects our commitment to creating products that are wholesome, informative and fun. We love manga, and believe it can — and should —€be used for more than just great entertainment." They sell lots of Japanese based items (like how to read Japanese, manga art supplies, etc.) and they also have lots of free tutorials. Those tutorials are wonderful and quite helpful, but best of all, they use Clip Studio Paint and Wacom. :D So that's why I call they sister companies. :P These sites have encouraged me, inspired me, and have helped me so much in developing my artwork. My artwork traditionally. My mom told me that she wanted my artwork to develop more traditionally, and that my artwork traditionally would show during my digital drawings. And, though my artwork on paper is good, it could be so much better. That's what I love about life, you can keep on changing and developing that special talent all throughout your life. :) Anyways, this post is getting super long, but like I said from the beginning: Not just one thing inspires me. Everything does. And I want my artwork to be a positive impact on the world. I am going to be posting some of the artwork that has inspired me and some of my artwork in the next few posts. I currently have a Pokemon picture in progress. I'm inking it right now, but hopefully it'll be finished in the next few days. But, here's a picture (it's kind of bad) of Stella! The was my first digital drawing and no. I did not do this completely by mouse. I scanned a picture and went from there. It's not that great, but here it is! You're talent is a part of you. Bring if forth and let it inspire others... So... What inspires you? Typography is the art of putting words into print. Most of the words that are put into print are quite inspirational and (hopefully) uplifts the person viewing it. I've never really known that this existed. It's super cool that someone can print words onto a canvas and have it impact someone on a daily basis (because if you buy one, you're probably going to put it in a place where you can constantly see it). This is going to be the last post for introducing amazing people that I (half) follow on Instagram. I sadly don't (half) follow another other creative amazing people on Instagram. I wish I did though.... (Want to go check out the the blog post where she is featured? Go to: 5 Reasons Why Every Creative Should Have an Instagram) Today, I have the lovely pleasure of introducing Lotus Stewart, an typographer. Instagram: girlfridaypaper Lotus Stewart is the first typographer that I've ever seen, and wow. What she does is some pretty epic, inspirational, and beautiful quotes. Each one is featured in a different font, and that makes the quote/saying all the better. Fonts really sets the visual aspect of any type of word. And when you finally read what the font says, it'll blow you away how perfect the font fits that quote. But what shocked me most is how on a mostly blank canvas or paper, those black (or other color) words really pop out and off of the canvas/paper. It truly is amazing. As I followed her, Lotus Stewart really has no limit to inspiring. All of her quotes are either funny, inspiring or French/about Paris. ;3 Who doesn't like Paris? Paris is great. :D I love seeing what inspirational quote she puts on canvas/paper when I go to check her Instagram page. We all have our own unique way of inspiring ourselves and others... So... What inspires you? Photography. A beautiful talent that, when used right, can transport the viewer into a whole other world. The world that the photography was viewing. I love having that feeling of transportation and exhilaration when viewing photographer's work. Some people capture the world in its most beautiful state, creating a feeling a peace and sometimes joy. While other photographer's capture the world in its saddest state, so that people can be aware that life isn't always a fairy-tale or a masterpiece. In the last few posts, I've been introducing people that I just so happen to (half) follow on Instagram. (What I mean by "half" follow is that I don't have an Instagram account, so I just look at their pages. I can't really click the follow button, 'cause like I said in the last sentence: Me - Account = No Instagram.) Anyways, here's another wonderful person! (Go check out the post where Yu Film was featured: 5 Reasons Why Every Creative Should Have an Instagram) Today, I'd like to introduce Yu Film, who is a lovely photographer: Instagram: yu_film Yu Film is such an amazing photographer. Yu Film is that person who captures the world at its most glorious peak and she does it splendidly. Each picture tells their own unique story. Their bright and enchanting! What's not to love about that? And best of all, sometimes Yu Film's little girl poses is the pictures. It gives a sense of cheerfulness and cuteness to the picture. :) Though, one little thing. Yu Film is Japanese. So everything that Yu Film does is written in Japanese. That's sad because I would love to see what description was given for each picture. But that adds to the whole "what does this picture mean to you and what story do you think it tells?" aspect of it. ;3 Being creative is a process and a journey. You need to be ready to face everything with a positive spirit and face them head on, you'll find a lot of inspiration that way... So... What inspires you? One of the many things that I love in this world is calligraphy. The way the movement of the pen, the pressure you put on the pen, and the way the ink just flows onto the paper is so enchanting. I, myself, have never done calligraphy writing before, but my older sister has. I think she's great at it, but she believes she could do sooooo much better. I do agree, there is room for improvement, but NEVER EVER get beat down just because you think everything needs to be perfect the first time. Nothing is ever perfect the first time around, but the farther you get into it, the better you become. That's just how it is. Remember the last post where I said that there were a few other people that I got to see, but I wasn't going to introduce them at that time? Well, here's another one of those amazing people! (Go check out the blog post where she was featured: 5 Reasons Why Every Creative Should Have an Instagram) This person I'm going to introduce today is Suzanne Cunningham, a calligrapher. Instagram: suzcunningham Suzanne Cunningham instantly caught my attention when I saw one of her pictures. It was so elegant and gracefully done that I thought it was printed! I didn't think someone had written that by hand. It was absolutely mind-blowing! Anyways, as I continued to follow her, I saw that here and there, she said these inspirational things about Christ and God. I love to find people who also believe in God and Christ and it's even better when they use their talents to praise Them. :) Recently, she's been writing the complete alphabet in her style of calligraphy. I love how helpful that is! I would follow her, but I don't have a calligraphy pen that I could use and I also don't know how to do calligraphy with a pencil. But you all should do it! I know you'll all do fabulously! :3 Being creative and unique is just a fancier way of saying "Just Be You".... So... What inspires you? |
