I've read the last book, which was called The Everafter War, and was it mind blowing. And I started doubting that Michael Buckley would begin to start losing his touch. OH BOY was I WRONG. (I'm not even sure why I started to doubt him.) Although I'm not going to spoil anything for you, because I want you to read all the stressful, beautiful, wonderful, funny moments ALL FOR YOURSELF, I am going to say this. If you want a book to read, READ THIS! And, by the way, no one likes things ruined for themselves. All I can say is that, this book is phenomenal and if you were looking for a good series to begin, here you are. (By the way, the author cranks this book's 'oh my goodness' rating very high. Like high-high.) I give this book a four and half star. Have you read The Inside Story by Michael Buckley? If you have, did you enjoy it? If you haven't, do you want to read it?

Even though I'm supposed to be posting in Inspiring Art, I really wanted to do a Top Ten Tuesday. So I'm going to do this wonderful thing and then I'll hopefully post in Inspiring Art. I thank the wonderful people over at The Broke and the Bookish for creating this! Ten Books To Read If You Like This Super Popular Book/AuthorI'm going to randomly do bestselling books and authors...
1. The Fault in Our Stars by John Green I've wanted to read this book for a long time. It seems awesome, I've heard a lot of great (and sad) reviews on this book, so I want to see what it's all about. I'm not particularly ready to cry, but if it's worth it for a good book, then let the crying commence! 2. The Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan I have no idea why I haven't started this series. I want to read it, lots of people say that it is an amazing series, and I'm ready to start the great adventure. -_- I completely blame myself for being slow... 3. The Lost series by Margaret Peterson Haddix My older sister started reading it, I've read the jacket and it sounds wonderful. Kids that are stranded get to time travel (basically, right?). Well, that part isn't great, but the plot sounds awesome. 4. Anything by Brandon Sanderson Brandon Sanderson did NOT write a book called Anything. I'm just saying if it's written by Brandon Sanderson, I want to read it. All of his books have a great-sounding plot, hopefully they have wonderful character development and it's Brandon Sanderson. He's an awesome guy! Why wouldn't I want to read something by him? 5. Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen She counts as a best-selling author right? Right? Anyways, I super love Jane Austen and Pride and Prejudice is such a wonderful classic. So, hopefully the book is as great as the movie(s). 6. The Selection series by Kiera Cass I really want to read this book series. 1) The love triangle. (Who will she pick?) 2) The dresses look amazing. 3) My oldest sister read it and I think she liked it. 7. The Divergent series by Veronica Roth Wow. First of all, these covers are beautiful. Second of all, my oldest sister read this series and loved it. So, I want to love it too! :3 I mean, if they made a movie from the series it has to be great. 8. The Hunger Games series by Suzanne Collins I really, really want to read this series. Everyone has fallen in love with it and the covers are so modernly simple. It's beautiful! Each book has an amazing plot and I'm ready to dive into the wonderfully built suspense. 9. The Chronicles of Narnia by C. S. Lewis I love the movies! :D They are so awesome, and I have the whole collection of it (excluding the Magicians' Nephew; that got lost somewhere) and I haven't read it. I've started it, then haven't continued. So I want to try and read it again and actually get into it. (Bianca has made it through the whole series - still excluding the Magicians' Nephew - but she hasn't finished the Last Battle.) 10. Goose Girl by Shannon Hale I love Shannon Hale. She's amazing! I've read Rapunzel's Revenge and Calamity Jack and those were superb books. Absolutely stunning! And I really want to read this one. Again, I have no idea why I haven't read it, but I'm going to. Someday soon. That's my wonderful list! :3 Do you have a favorite, best-selling author? Tell me in the comments below! :3 Charisma
created every detail and painted a picture in your mind in which you could get swept away. It was great! The Characters: Wow. Just wow. Well, we'll start with Seraphina. I liked her, but on some parts, I was saying to myself, "WHY DID YOU JUST DO THAT!?!?" She's a nice person, who has to keep this life-threatening secret (which I will not spill for those people reading this before they get the book). She is a very skilled musician, so-much-so that she's the court composer's assistant. She pretty great overall. Prince Lucian was just great. So great! Gaah! He's so amazing! In the book, he's the guy who will be offended for that moment, then the next day, he'll be like, "Oh, yeah. That thing. I thought we had put that aside a long time ago." IT'S SO WONDERFUL!!!! *Clears throat* Anyways... There is lovely Orma. My goodness, he's amazing. Just as awesome, if not more awesome then Prince Lucian up there. He is Seraphina's mentor and he... he has a very calm-like personality. I didn't expect that at first, but later on, I kind got used to it. :) And finally not to ruin anything else, there is Abdo! Abdo is one of the best people I have ever read in a book. He's caring, he's reckless... there's just not a lot of words to describe how amazing he is. Okay, now that we've gotten that out of the way, we can continue: My rating for this is 4 1/2 out of 5 stars. Also, Alexa from Verbosity did a review on this book. Here's the link:
Seraphina by Rachel Hartman - Verbosity Book Review I completely agree with her for the Writing Style and Dialogue for this book. It was absolutely amazing! Have you read Seraphina? What were some things that you like about if you did? If you haven't read Seraphina, are you looking forward to reading it? Tell us in the comments! Charisma
Carolyn Keene, but unfortunately, I have to give this book a three star.
The reason why is because you found out who the crook was in, what, the first chapter? That made the whole book like, 'Yeah, I know who did this!' but it was very unsatisfying because I am always excited to find out at the end who the crook was, not at the very beginning. Also, I felt like the whole entire mystery was figured out and that the only thing the characters did in the story was elaborate on the so called 'mystery'. Honestly, I was just very disappointed. Don't get me wrong, it's a great book and other people might adore it, but it just didn't flow for me. ~Bianca
Hey Everybody!
Today's Top Ten Tuesdays is all about books that I will probably never read. A few minutes ago, I thought this would be easy.... Yet, I only have a list of books that I will probably read. Not the other way around. But I will have to try! 1) Against Her Will by Jo Schaffer. I'll probably read it when I'm an adult, but I read the description and had chills... for an hour. But I do love the author, she's the best. 2) Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card. I've seen the movie and it's really epic. I want to read the book, but I've had three different friends tell me that there were a lot of cuss words. And I don't want to read any. 3) Twilight by Stephanie Meyer. Yeah I know, I am actually excited to read the Twilight Saga... When I'm 18 or 20. (I wanna know why she picked the vampire... Both of the guys are good looking though, I must admit that.) 4) Twilight: Breaking Dawn by Stephanie Meyer. Now she loves Jack?! This is the only reason I don't like book summaries. You want to read the book so badly, but you can't.... 5) Twilight: New Moon by Stephanie Meyer. *Sigh* I so want to read the Twilight Saga now. Alas, I'm too young. I just have to remember to read these books when I'm older. That's all that I can think of right now! But, I'll tell you what. When I think up the other 5, I'll do a Part 2 and you'll know then. See ya! And comment telling me which books you will probably never read.
Today is our first official Top Ten Tuesdays everybody! And we can't control our excitement! Well, I can't, I'm pretty sure Charisma can. But, anywhoo, today's top ten tuesday is about our favorite book heroines! If it were Disney Top 10 Heroines, I could just show you a little two minute video.
Okie Dokie, my top ten favorite heroine.
Anyway, that my top ten heroines everybody! Who's YOUR favorite heroine? Tell me in the comments! Yup folks!
Instead, Charisma and I are going to do be doing Top Ten Tuesdays and we will be posting in Book Reviews. Just to update you all for that! Thanks! Hey Everybody! Today is a CREATE YOUR OWN! So today, I'm going to be talking about one specific person. I've decided to talk about Link from Legend of Zelda! (You've got to admit, he's pretty dreamy) So, the wielder of the master sword, holder/protector of the Triforce of Courage, and the savior to Hyrule, Link is a one man army. He's not only has the looks of a hero, he's got the friends, weapons and skills too. (Remember everyone, it's his looks and skills, not just weapons.) And trust me, it gets better, when he is trying to stop Ganondorf from taking over Hyrule (WEEEELLLL, Ganondorf kind-of already took over Hyrule when seven years passed by, I mean COME ON! Link magically disappeared for seven years and then... BAAMMM! He pops out of nowhere saying, "I shall find you Zelda, and save Hyrule with it." Okay, he literally doesn't say that cause he's kind of a man with no words, but still!) As Link journey's around Hyrule, he has to do mini quests to get things to help him with his quest (P.S. I'm talking about Ocarina of Time.) (Now talking about Twilight Princess) Okay, let me be honest. I've never played the game Twilight Princess for Legend of Zelda, but I want to BADLY. I just watched a TON of trailers (commercials?) and they were literally EPIC! I'm not joking, they were SOOO amazing. And now I am asking a bunch of questions in my head and they won't stop. But I do have picutres! Epic, right? Now don't get confused at picture 1. I would explain why, but I don't want to ruin it for you. Back to what I was saying, Link is AWESOME and EPIC and JUST GREAT OVERALL, so don't judge him. He may not talk a lot (or at all....), BUT HE HIS THE BEST GUY EVER! So far, I don't know anyone else that is 'as cool' or 'cooler' than Link.
What are YOUR opinions on Link? Legend of Zelda? The Game? Tell us in the comments! ~Bianca Hey Everybody!
