Today is all about movies and shows! As I haven't been working these past couple months, I've been cleaning, writing, working on my video game (the outlining parts), and watching YouTube and movies/shows on Netflix and Tubi.
Charisma found Tube first, I just joined the bandwagon, but I've got to say, it's pretty awesome. There's a lot of old shows and movies that are on it for free and there are hardly any ads.
I like to watch crazy and not widely known romance movies and they are absolutely crazy. Like. I wish I was kidding. Tubi has those movies that no one wanted to watch but needed a platform and I love them. Some are absolute gems that have horrible covers (I watched a pretty good Christmas Prince one that I have to say is 10/10) and some movies are absolutely awful that they bring me such amusement.
The good stuff.
Have you watched any good movies or shows recently? Let me know down in the comments! I've heard that 'Avatar: The Last Airbender' is finally back on Netflix, so if you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it.
Stay Safe, Stay Home and Until Next Time My Friends... Adieu
Life, people. I love it. I have NEVER had such a fun/happy/crazy summer like this one. And let me tell you, I have literally done NOTHING to laugh. I just laughed at everything. Music, pictures, animes, cartoons, food, I don't know how I do it, I just love to laugh.
Schools starts August 17th for me and Charisma. I am so steamed. I wanted school to start on August 15th and then I totally forgot about this 'stagger start' thing. Ugh. When I want school people, I want school. But, now that I think about it, I'm actually quite thankful. I can get ahead in Science (the subject that doesn't love me and I don't love it) and so that way I can better understand the content that I'm being taught and then I can get an A! :3 I'm ready school (except I don't have my planner just yet....).
My Japanese is going good. I'm trying to find a teacher on the site called iTalki, I have the teacher (is she a tutor?) that I want to study with but a one hour session cost 9 dollars. I'm not worried about the nine dollars part, I'm just worried that my mother won't let me use iTalki.
Capital Kings, an American pop, electronic and Christian pop group, released an album called (II) last year in October and I absolutely love this album. My favorite song so far has to be Northern Sky, then it would have to be Live For The Drop.
I haven't been writing lately, that's the reason I haven't updated My Writing Journey in quite some time. I'm thinking about editing Another Imagination soon, I just don't know how I'm going to print it... Why is that still a problem for me?
Surprisingly, I have NOT read much of anything this summer. I've read some Pokemon manga, but that's it. Well, now I've got something to do. I need to go see what books I can get at the library...
Well that's pretty much it! How's your summer going?
I was bored one day (this was a while ago) and ended up looking around Tokyo Otaku Mode News (which is such a super awesome place; go check it out!). As I was scrolling down and looking through all of their posts, something caught my eye.
Japanese Titles of English Movies Aren't Always What They Seem to Be
Me, being quite curious, clicked on it and watched the video. I was not prepared for any of it. None of it. It truly was unexpected. Don't believe me? Here's the video and go see for yourself! :) There are no bad words. Just if you're wondering.
Wasn't that completely unexpected, yet hilarious all at the same time? This made me laugh so hard when I watched it! I didn't know that people could be that unique re-naming movies. Seriously. No idea.
Well, hopefully this little post made you either laugh of smile! Tell us in the comments what you're favorite Japanese title was! :P
It was coming sooner or later. You must have all guessed it by the title, but today I am going to be talking about my favorite OTPs. EVER.
Mytho + Rue = Rytho (Princess Tutu)
(Mytho is pronouced Mew-toe, so they're shipped name would be: Ruto. :3)
They are literally one of the cutest couples. The prince, Mytho, is cursed with a shattered heart and the young girl, Rue, is in love with the prince, yet is daughter to his enemy, the Raven King. But this match... Let's just say they had a very, very tough relationship (from the VERY beginning).
Eugene Fitzherbert + Rapunzel = They Have No Shipped Name (Tangled)
GAH, everytime I look at them I want to smile. I mean COME ON. Look at the way Flynn (Eugene) looks at Rapunzel. HE LOVES HER. Enough said there.
Luminous + Lania = Luna (MapleStory)
Although Nexon has never said if they were a real couple or if they were just friends or family, I don't care. I have a fanfictionous mind and I declare them a couple (they both deserve one another anyway...).
Phantom + Aria = Phania (MapleStory)
I couldn't find any pictures of Phantom and Aria (because they were either REALLY sad or REALLY sad), so that's all I could give you. So Phantom used to be a thief until he met the former Empress Aria. He then came to visit her very often on her balcony and I'm pretty sure they were going to marry... until she tragically passed away. So now, he fights along side the greatest heroes of MapleStory, not only to get revenge but because he knew Aria would want him too. (This whole entire paragraph was what I had gathered over the years soooo yes.)
Age + Patema = Agema (Patema Inverse)
So the whole plot of this movie is that there are two worlds. And they're both inverted. If one walks on the ground, the other floats in the air. Yes, it's complicated, BUT these two main characters break the boundaries of these two worlds. Best complicated movie ever.
Marinette + Adrien = Marien or Adrienette

Hmm... What else about me... I want to make people happy. If I find out they're sad for ANY reason at all, I will immediately contact them and strike a conversation to make them happy. Being sad is a terrible thing. And I don't like bullying.
I think that's it. But I will open myself more to all of you. You have helped me grow not only as a person, but as a warrior elf princess (because we're all royalty).
Thank you everyone for what you do!
Watashi wa Bianca desu. Watashi wa yunīku desu.
(I am Bianca, and I am unique.)
But! There is another wonderfulness to the Star Wars saga! :D
STAR WARS: THE CLONE WARS
I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!!
There first is a movie called Star Wars: The Clone Wars. You watch that, feeling the rush of excitement, then you start watching the show which is also called Star Wars: The Clone Wars. You get a lot of insight in the first movie, but you don't have to watch it to start the show (it makes so much more sense if you do though). Bianca and I didn't watch the movie first and we were wondering where this character from the show came from (trying not to ruin anything). It's all explained in the movie. Bianca and I also thought that the movie fit in somewhere in the show, and not at the beginning. One night, we wanted to watch the movie, so we did and completely freaked out when we realized that it was before the show.
Yup! :3 Anyways, the show is in-between the 2nd movie and 3rd movie for Star Wars. It's before Anakin goes all creepy (3rd movie), but after whatever is in the 2nd movie. :D It's a pretty epic (AND SAD) show.
And then there is a Star Wars: The Clone Wars movie called Star Wars: The Clone Wars: Lost Missions. And what's so epic about this is the fact that there is Protocol 66 (bad guys) and I'm guessing (because Bianca and I still haven't seen the movie; we aren't finished with the show) that the Jedi made and thing called Order 66 to stop the Protocol. :3
THEN THERE COMES 2!
This connects with the whole Order 66 thing:
STAR WARS: REBELS
Star Wars: Rebels starts out with a movie, then a show. This show takes you after the Empire totally took everything over. So when Darth Vader is in control. The main character is Ezra and he reminds me a lot of Aladdin. I'll show an extended preview I found on Oh My Disney.
ORIGINAL POST: Star Wars' Newest Show Draw Inspiration from the Franchise's Oldest Art
It's a pretty epic post, you should all check it out. :3
Go check out Star Wars: The Clone Wars and (if you can catch some episodes) Star Wars: Rebels.
