Story time! I was doing who knows what and, since I wanted something to do, I decided to go onto Google Play Games and play some solitaire. It had been a while since I played the game, but I remembered it was fun, so I was quite excited to start. I'm not sure how to describe the game, so here's the best I can think of for a description: Solitaire is a card game where your goal is to try and stack all of the same color and symbol cards together, from ace to king. In order to do that from a shuffled deck, however, you have to lay opposing colors (red over black, black over red) to find the colors and numbers you need. I think it's a really fun game once you get the hang of it. Bianca, on the other hand, thinks it's stressful. Back to the story! I picked it back up and I was having a really fun time! Or as I would like to think of it, too much of a fun time. At any given moment of free time, I would go onto Google Play Games and just zone out. And then I got addicted. So to fuel my addiction I remembered the cute solitaire game that I had wanted a while back. It was created by Devsisters, the lovely South Korean game developers who made Cookie Run (another game I'm obsessed with)! It starts off as the traditional solitaire game, but then, as you continue playing, you collect coins. Those coins can be used to open crates to get themes! And, as someone who loves any and all kinds of customization, I was in love with this. Best of all? It's also an offline game! So I can continue these fun times on the road, in a random location with no internet, literally anywhere I want. The game has no ads, even when you're on internet. Anyways, that's what's been going on over here on my end. I might go back to social media because I miss my friends and I have some work to do over there. It's been very refreshing to just take a step back and breathe, but I've got to get back into the swing of things! Hope you're all safe, Twisters, and catch ya later! Charisma

Hey everyone! Bianca and I had the awesome opportunity to watch Nintendo's E3 live on Twitch on the 14th and the 15th. We knew that some awesome games were going to be introduced, demonstrated, and there was going to be some intense game-play, but what we saw was beyond anything I had imagined! At Nintendo E3 Day 1, these two games were shown: Pokemon Sun and Moon Pokemon Sun and Moon @ E3 2016 and the new Legend of Zelda Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild @ E3 2016 First Up: Pokemon Sun and Moon Once Reggie opened up NIntendo E3, he gave a quick introduction for Pokemon Sun and Moon, saying that it was the biggest new adventure for the 3DS. After the Treehouse members introduced the guests, which were Mr. Ohmori and Mr. Masuda from GAME FREAK Inc., they showed the Pokemon Sun and Moon trailer. -_- I can't find that trailer though. Sorry about that. Anyways, the trailer showed the new Alola Region, consisting of 4 different islands, one being man-made, the cute new Starter Pokemon: Rowlet, Litten and Popplio, the awesome Legendary Pokemon: Solgaleo and Lunala, the options of choosing your hero or heroine (which now has 4 different looks instead of the 3), and some of the characters that you'll be encountering (like the Professor, his assistant, and your new friend in Alola). The trailer was truly outstanding, but then they jumped into gameplay. I got to say, this has got to be my first time really watching Pokemon gameplay (I watched a bit of Pokemon X and Y, but really just the beginning) and it was great! It was also Nintendo Treehouse's first time for live gameplay of Pokemon! It was super great to be a part of that, even if Bianca and i were at home watching on the couch. :P The Pokemon game-play had so many pluses going for it that portraying it all will be kind of difficult. So let's just start with the first one on my list (because I took notes so you all can hopefully experience the awesomeness):
Pokemon Sun and Moon comes out on November 18th, 2016. Next is the Highly Anticipated: Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Can we just take a moment to appreciate how beautiful that title is? All of the Legend of Zelda titles are amazing, but this one has to be the best of them all. It says so much is so few words and it already gives the player an image of what they might encounter. But, instead of trying to portray the beauty into words, why not show you all the magic?
The Legend of Zelda games are held dear to many gamer's hearts, and I'm quite sure that this game is going to join that fast growing list. Treehouse members, who was joined by the amazing Mr. Aonuma and Mr. Miyamoto, said that this game was to break the barriers between all past Zelda games. This got me super excited because in the trailer the super long bridge that was shown was seen and used in Twilight Princess. Then my mind got theorizing about how all the games could be connected and this timeline was created: (Spoilers Ahead!) Ocarina of Time - because it's the beginning, Marjora's Mask - Link is searching for Navi because she left him at the end of OoT, Hyrule Warriors - Link's admittance to the Hyrule Knights, Twilight Princess - reason being the Hero's Shade is said to be Link from OoT, then Skyward Swork - The floating islands were also in Twilight Princess, also it's a great progression with technology, lastly this game. It all sort of ties in. You know, with creativity. But anyways, moving back to the report. The rest of Day 1 for Nintendo's E3 was spent viewing gameplay of the long awaited Legend of Zelda game. Because of that, I have a lot of points to go over on my list. So instead of completely boring you, I'm going to shorten them quite a bit:
I could keep on going and probably spoil some stuff, but I don't want to do that. I want it to be an adventure for everyone out there who's going to play it. :3 Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild comes out in 2017. There's more game excitement coming up in a few days. Because Day 2 of Nintendo's E3 covered a lot more games, I'm probably going to put Day 2 into quite a few parts. So be on the look out for those! The other posts will be in the "Game Reviews," just to give you all a heads up! Also! I want to know all of your opinions on what Bianca and I should call you. Like Parker Games' followers are called Jeffery's, so we wanted to do something like that. Here it is: Are you looking forward to any of these games? Tell us in the comments! |
