:3 For those of you who have read our Twisted Two blog know that I absolutely LOVE Cardcaptor Sakura. But do you know Cardcaptor Sakura is? Cardcaptor Sakura is a Japanese show and comic about this magical girl called Sakura. She stumbles across this book that she finds in her fathers study. She opens it after looking at the very intricate cover and finds that it is filled with cards. She picks up the top card and reads it causing the cards to scatter, so she releases the cards guardian. (I'm trying to tell you the main plot of the story without ruining it all....) She then tries to collect the cards that have been scattered to the book so that the she can fulfill her contract. That's all I can give to you all without ruining the whole thing. Sorry. Also (this is really important so I'm going to put it in italics, bold it, and underline it) the correct way to watch this show is the Japanese version with English subtitles. If you want the whole show ruined for you, then you can totally watch the English dubbed version, but my opinion is the Japanese one. I love that one the best. Now, if you are new to this blog and have no idea what she looks like, I'll show you a few photos! :3 I did NOT draw these pictures.
These pictures are with her best friend Tomoyo. Tomoyo is a very happy girl who loves to make outfits for Sakura and tape her while she is doing her cardcaptor job. (She absolutely adores it... :3) Well, I hope you all go check out Cardcaptor Sakura! Tell me in the comments what you like about Cardcaptor Sakura or what your favorite show is! Now, part of Inspiring Art was supposed to you guys looking at the pictures I've drawn and the pictures that have inspired me to draw. I haven't done that. So, I'm going to do that in this post!!! TODAY!!! :3 Now first thing, I DID NOT DRAW ANY OF THESE PICTURES!!!!! Just to make that clear. I didn't draw any of these pictures, and I am NOT claiming any of them mine. I don't even know where half of these pictures came from (Bianca has a whole LIST of pictures and I just picked random ones that I liked; I truly have no idea where most of these pictures came from). I know where the 1st, 2nd, 6th and 7th ones came from. That's it.
Second thing, aren't they pretty? I really like them, and that's one of the reasons why they inspire me to draw. Really, if I didn't have those pictures out there in the world, I wouldn't even be currently drawing anymore. BUT, gladly there are beautiful pictures that I can look at and admire for ever and ever. Hope you like them, and please comment! ~Charisma Welcome to Inspiring Art!
This is where I showcase the art that I've drawn to the world! And you will also see the pretty, beautiful, amazing pictures that have inspired me to draw such pictures. Please comment on what you like, what I could have done better, and what you just plain didn't like about it. All the feedback will help me become a better artist! (But please, don't do constant feed back on what you didn't like about my drawing. I would like you to say some positive thing once in a while...) Also, if I get permission, you can send me your drawings so I can showcase yours! I'll keep you updated to see if I can do this or not. Thank you! ~Charisma |
